Table 1 contains an error in the “pc” column. The adjusted p value for “cell-cell adhesion” should be 0.10 (not 0.01) after BH correction. In the sentence “With the analysis set as background, two GO biological processes were found to be enriched in the 383 transcript clusters (corresponding to 388 well-characterized genes): ribosome biogenesis (p = 3.6 × 10−3, pc < 0.05 after BH correction) and antimicrobial humoral response (sensu Vertebrata) (p = 2.7 × 10−3, pc < 0.05 after BH correction) (Table 1)”, the correct p values should be “ribosome biogenesis (p = 3.6 × 10−4, pc < 0.05 after BH correction) and antimicrobial humoral response (sensu Vertebrata) (p = 1.1 × 10−3, pc < 0.05 after BH correction)”. The authors regret the errors.
